Effisus Hub
Terms of use
Effisus Hub is an internal tool of Effisus — Building Solutions, S.A. It is not a public service and there is nothing to sign up for.
Last updated 27 August 2026
Who these terms are for
If you sign in, you work for Effisus or for NILG.AI, the company that built the platform, and these terms apply to you as part of your work.
If you arrived through a link to a proposal, you are a client or a prospective client of Effisus. Only the section on shared proposals concerns you. You are not agreeing to anything by opening it.
Signing in
Access is limited to email addresses on domains Effisus has approved, and an account has to be approved by somebody before it can be used. Sign in with your own account, do not share it, and tell Effisus if you think somebody else has used it.
What you can see and change depends on your role. Do not try to get around those limits, and do not take data out of the platform for any purpose other than your work for Effisus.
What is in the platform, and how far to trust it
Most of what you see was read out of published news articles by software, not entered by a person. The interface marks which is which: a solid rail means somebody confirmed the value, a dashed one means it was inferred and nobody has checked it.
Treat an inferred value as a lead, not as a fact. Confirm it before you quote it to a client, commit Effisus to anything on the strength of it, or put it in a document that leaves the building.
Project locations may be approximate. Where the platform only knows the city or the region it draws an area rather than a point, and that is not a display quirk — it means the exact address is unknown.
Text drafted by AI
The platform drafts technical proposal sections from Effisus’s archive of past submittals, drafts comments for reps to post on LinkedIn from their own accounts, and drafts visit reports from the notes reps record after a visit. All three are drafts.
A visit report reaches Zoho CRM only when the rep who recorded it presses Send, and it goes marked as drafted by AI and reviewed by them. Check the names, numbers and dates in it against what you said, and delete any suggestion you do not stand behind: once sent, it is your note.
A draft becomes yours the moment you send it. Read it, check every technical claim against the source it cites, and edit it. A proposal cannot be issued to a client until an Effisus engineer has approved it, and that approval is a real one: the engineer is responsible for what the document says.
The platform never sends or posts anything by itself. There is no code in it that emails a contact or publishes a comment.
Shared proposal links
When a proposal is ready, Effisus can create a link and send it to you. The link contains a long random token and is the only key to that page, so treat it as confidential and do not post it anywhere public.
The link shows one proposal and nothing else. It stops working if Effisus revokes it or reopens the proposal for revision. Effisus records the date a shared proposal was first opened, and nothing else — no address, no device, no identity.
A shared proposal is a technical document, not a quotation or an offer, and does not create a contract. Commercial terms come separately and in writing.
Availability and liability
The platform is provided as it is, for internal use. Effisus does not promise it will be available at any particular time and may change or withdraw any part of it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Portuguese law.
Personal data
How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy notice. If you are looking for how to tell Effisus to stop holding your details, that is the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction.
Questions go to privacy@effisus.com.
